Individual football fundraisers

Here are the current individual fundraisers available to football players. As you have already paid for this year, any money raised could be used next year.

1) Subway cards: Each card sells for $10. Each card has a $50 value if you use all twelve tabs. There are 9 tabs that are “buy a 6″ sub and a 21oz. drink and get a second 6″ sub free”, 2 tabs that are “get a free 6″ sub with the purchase of a 21 oz. drink” and one tab to “get $10 off a 6-foot party sub”. If you are interested, please e-mail me (stamour1@shaw.ca) with your child’s name, team, and number of cards you want

2) Purdy’s chocolates: Start Date: October 1^st         Order Due Date: November 1^st     Pick Up Date: December 6^th.

 

We are starting the Purdy’s Christmas Fundraiser this week.  Brochures are available in Mr. Chu’s classroom. This is a 25% profit fundraiser to player accounts and the prices are the same as in a Purdy’s store.  You can also purchase online – e-mail for more detail

3) Phone books: must be delivered during the weekend of Nov. 4, 5 and 6th. E-mail with the number of routes you would like to deliver.

Trivia Night – Oct. 28th

Overall coordinator – Sue King/Kris Little

Phone canvassers (3) – parents to call everyone and make sure families are coming

Ticket coordinator (1) – This person will run the front end at the fundraiser. Either collecting tickets/selling ones to walk ups

Silent Auction Coordinator  (3) – In charge of talking with parents and getting the prizes

Bar purchase, pour, return (1) – Running the bar

Trivia Questions (3) – We need 50 questions

Bar License (1) – We need someone that has one

Host – Any ideas ???

Selling Drink ticket/50-50/lottery draw tickets (2)

Each family is responsible for the following:

• Purchase of 6 tickets (more if possible)
• 5 Scratch and Wins lottery tickets (for the lottery draw)
• Donate one door prize (try for $50 or more value – We have a list of places we have talked to in the past if you do not know who to ask)
• Each table brings their own snacks…There will be a pay bar as well

Subway Value Cards
